Instead of thinking of organisational culture as something static we consider it to be a moving, ever-evolving complex adaptive system, whereby various actions and interactions are influencing and shaping the system constantly. 

We can monitor patterns that emerge from stories and try to shift patterns by helping employees create small safe to fail experiments.  Our simple heuristics are “how can we create more stories like this, and fewer stories like that”.
