This course looks at the influence of how work is organised on employee wellbeing, both positively and negatively. We will see how wellbeing is a complex issue to navigate, and that methods traditionally used in this area might not reveal what is really helping or hindering employee wellbeing.

We need to look at wellbeing through a different lens, and during this course we will explore what methods and tools are available to us as we navigate psychosocial aspects of work that might be positively or negatively influencing employee wellbeing.

This course is designed for those in orgainisations who are tasked with managing employee wellbeing. It will also be of interest to decision makers in Human Resources, Health and Safety, Occupational Health, and other relevant managers. This course will be delivered over 2 days, comprised of 8 hours each.
