Learning Teams

At Upstream we partner with Art of Work to facilitate learning teams and train employees within client organisations to become learning team facilitators.

Curiosity is at the core of learning teams. The objective is to learn from normal work rather than waiting until an accident occurs and trying to learn from the investigation. By getting a cross-functional group to look at difficult work, and explore it in-depth using the Resilimap® process crafted by Art of Work, we find that small improvements can have a big impact on the overall system.

Not only does safety improve, but other aspects of work including quality, productivity, employee engagement, and so on also improve. As well as in-person learning team training, we also deliver these programmes online.
